It is with sadness that we inform you that Retired Captain Investigator, Lloyd (Rocky) Belair passed away on July 19, 2021 at the age of 63.

Rocky came October 19, 1981 and retired on February 25, 2013 as a Captain Investigator.

His Celebration of Life is planned for August 22, 2021. The pertinent information regarding the Celebration will be shared as we are made aware.
